Chasing Adventures is a family-owned company founded in 2020 by brothers Jonathan “Cucho” Mora and Ronny “Nirro” Mora, who share a deep passion for nature and adventure sports. With over 20 years of experience in whitewater sports, they have proudly represented Costa Rica in international competitions, highlighting achievements such as participation in 5 rafting world championships, a bronze medal at the 2014 Brazil World Championship, 4 national rafting championships, and 3 Copas Chorro in rafting. Jonathan has also competed in 2 kayaking world championships, establishing himself as a leader in the field.

Ronny, a rafting guide since 2005, has been a key member of Costa Rica’s national rafting team, contributing his extensive expertise and competitive spirit. Today, Chasing Adventures offers unique and memorable experiences in Costa Rica by combining thrilling activities like hiking, kayaking, and rafting with a strong commitment to sustainable tourism and environmental conservation.

We also support local sports by promoting competitions that encourage physical activity among youth and children, nurturing new talent and strengthening the local sports culture.
